Welcome. You may think this is a humorous spoof. It’s not. This site relates how pathetically awful JLR’s customer experience is. Caveat Emptor. You’ve been warned.

Bottom line: Any car can have issues. My issue isn’t with the I-Pace itself.  The difference is all in a brand’s customer experience. Learn from my mistake. Don’t waste your time and money on a Jaguar or Land Rover. You’re spending far too much to be treated like a piece of manure stuck to JLR's shoes.  Get a Tesla, Audi e-Tron, Ford Mustang Mach-e, Rivian, or Lucid. I’d even say: wait for a Hyundai Ioniq 5 or BMW iX. Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles simply aren’t good enough to be worth the potential hassle of dealing with their retailers or company.
